We’ve stayed at Encantame Towers several times, and this is the only rental we’ve had issues with. Overall we had a very nice time, and the resort is great. However, the host did not respond to our messages during our stay. Also, the host did not disclose that our unit was very close (20 feet) to a massive, active construction site where work continues through weekends and evenings, and where workers can see onto the balcony from close range while they’re working or taking breaks. Also, the listing is not accurate in some ways, as there was no outdoor dining table or listed cooking basics (oil, salt, pepper). We enjoyed our stay, but we couldn’t have peace in the rental during daylight (construction), had to purchase cooking items the listing said would be there, and did not receive responses from the host. We will come back to the resort but will not rent this unit.
