When we first checked in, there were many massive ants crawling around the unit and spooked our kids, but it's part of the jungle thing, we communicated with the host and he offered to have someone come to help with that. Other than the insects (which is somewhat out of control), the unit is neat and clean and comfortable. beautiful surrounding in a developing area of Tulum. The code lock during our stay failed on us so we ended up just using the replacement key for the majority of the trip, not a big deal." (8/5)
